The New York Daily News, one of the top 10 newspapers rated by circulation, offers www.tours.com, the vacation search engine, to its readers. "Its a nice addition", says Editorial Director of The New York Daily News, Kevin Hayes, "because it gives our readers access to an enormous selection of vacation options with direct links to the appropriate sites." Tours.com bills itself as The Worldwide Directory of Tours and Vacation Packages. Joe King, Chairman of Tours.com, says that the website contains the widest selection of vacation destinations and activities on the Internet.
"We are delighted that the News is using our material", King says. "Tours.com is a perfect compliment to a newspaper's website. Our material is edited by travel professionals who strive for accuracy and impartiality."
"We've been gathering data on Vacations since 1995 and now have hundreds of thousands of them organized in an easy to use format. We look forward to being associated with other newspapers."
