ZEELAND, MI--(Marketwired - Dec 9, 2013) - Gentex Corporation (NASDAQ: GNTX), the Zeeland, Michigan-based manufacturer of automatic-dimming rearview mirrors and camera-based lighting-assist and driver-assist systems for the automotive industry, commercial fire protection products and dimmable aircraft windows, today announced that its Board of Directors recently declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 (14 cents) per share that will be payable January 17, 2014, to shareholders of record of the common stock at the close of business on January 6, 2014.
