CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Dec. 24, 2013) - FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:FLY)("FLYHT" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that, since September 30, 2013, a total of: (i) 878,006 warrants were exercised with an exercise price of $0.20 per share, 1,365,500 warrants were exercised with an exercise price of $0.30 per share, and 13,570,000 warrants were exercised with an exercise price of $0.40 per share (each warrant exercisable into one common share of the Corporation for an aggregate $6,013,283 of warrant exercise proceeds to the Corporation); and (ii) 224,000 stock options were exercised with an exercise price of $0.25 per share, and 45,000 stock options were exercised with an exercise price of $0.41 per share (each stock option exercisable into one common share of the Corporation for an aggregate $74,450 of stock option exercise proceeds to the Corporation).
