WhereDaily News: X Train Holdings Reaches Agreement to Operate Santa Fe Southern Railroad Excursion Services
LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Apr 23, 2014) - X Train Holdings (OTCQB: XTRN), and Santa Fe Southern Railway, Inc., a privately held company (SFSR) have entered into a contract by which XTRN will operate the SFSR passenger and special events services between Santa Fe and Lamy New Mexico. X Train Holdings, known as the X Train, a luxury train travel service featuring its "Club X" service, announced earlier this year their plan to partner with or acquire existing passenger rail services. Their plan unites these companies to provide consolidation of expenses and better access to capital for growth and infrastructure. According to the agreement, X Train Holdings agrees to operate the EXCURSION RAIL SERVICE of SFSR, and to provide the capital necessary to bring the track and equipment operational by taking over the passenger service contract rights. SFSR personnel will continue to provide the transportation services, and will be compensated by XTRN to operate the equipment.
