("Greenfield" or the "Company") (OTCQB: GRAS) announced today it is nearing completion of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2013 and anticipates that it will be filed in the next few days. Following that filing, the Company plans to immediately begin working toward completion of the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2014, on which preliminary work has already begun, with intent to file as soon as possible.
