WhereDaily News: Vinous to Acquire Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Nov 18, 2014) - Vinous announced today it has agreed to acquire Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar (IWC). Founded in 1985 by Editor and Publisher Stephen Tanzer, IWC is the oldest independent, American-owned wine journal. Tanzer will join Antonio Galloni, Vinous's CEO and founder, as a partner of Vinous and will be actively involved as Editor-in-Chief and a lead critic.
