("Imperus" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: LAB) (FRANKFURT: ISX) announces that it has extended the closing date of its previously announced share purchase agreement (the "Agreement") dated October 14, 2014 with Diwip Ltd. ("Diwip") and its shareholders pursuant to which Imperus will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Diwip (the "Transaction").
