The first step in the process has begun with the creation of a new name. Applications have been filed with the state of Utah and FINRA to change Nexia Holdings, Inc. to Sack Lunch Productions, Inc. We have reserved URLs, the name with the state of Utah, and are awaiting FINRA's approval and new trading symbol.
