REDWOOD SHORES, CA--(Marketwired - May 26, 2015) - iPass Inc. (NASDAQ: IPAS), the world's largest commercial Wi-Fi network, today announced that John D. Beletic, chairman of the board, and Robert J. Majteles, member of the board, have notified the board of directors that they will be retiring from the board of directors at the end of their term. Mr. Beletic and Mr. Majteles have been on the board since 1999 and 2009, respectively, and will not be standing for re-election at the iPass 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
