NUEVA YORK, NUEVA YORK Y LONDRES, REINO UNIDO--(Marketwired - May 27, 2015) - VistaJet Malta Finance P.L.C. y VistaJet Co Finance LLC, filiales de VistaJet Group Holding SA ("VistaJet"), anunciaron hoy el cierre de su oferta de notas sénior no garantizadas al 7,750% con vencimiento en 2020 por la suma de capital total de USD 300 millones. El interés de las notas a 5 años es pagadero semestralmente el 1 de junio y 1 de diciembre, a partir del 1 de diciembre de 2015. Las notas están garantizadas sobre una base sénior no garantizada por VistaJet.
