("Roma") announced today an amendment to its previously announced cash tender offer (the "Offer") to purchase up to 85,000 shares of Roma's common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the "Shares") at a price of $36.00 per share. Roma previously extended the expiration date of the Offer to September 11, 2015, and is now further extending the Offer until 5:00 P.M., Central time, on September 25, 2015.
