(NASDAQ: HOTR) (Chanticleer Holdings, or the "Company"), owner and operator of multiple restaurant brands internationally and domestically, announced today that it has closed the acquisition of Little Big Burger ("LBB"), a gourmet fast-casual restaurant concept. The company has eight locations in Oregon and a ninth location scheduled to open prior to the end of 2015, in the Lloyd District in Portland.
