(OTCQB: SCPD) is pleased to announce that the company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Pisona Tour Company Limited, the owner and operator of Patong Bay Hill, a hotel in Thailand, consisting of upwards to three hundred and fifty residence units, sixteen shops and facilities. Based on the agreement, Patong Bay Hill will use the Pandaho as its mascot, provide the lowest prices for SCPD pandaho's members and sell Pandaho related licensed products to its guests. This is Asia's first Pandaho hotel, located in Patong, Phuket of Thailand, which is one of the top tourist attractions in Asia. This will be the second Pandaho themed hotel in the world after the first Pandaho Eco-Lodge in Costa Rica.
