The addition of the new restaurant at the resort will allow guests to sample an exciting fusion menu where Cuban cuisine is blended with Native American, Spanish, African and Caribbean culinary traditions and flavours. Brainchild of Michelin-star chef, Jesus del Cerro, the opening of the new restaurant is intended to be the first of a number of culinary concepts that the renowned Spanish chef is developing in collaboration with the Memories Resort chain, which are set to roll out over the coming months.
