TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - September 02, 2016) - Gaming Nation Inc. (TSX VENTURE: FAN) (the "Corporation") announced that on August 29, 2016, it issued 147,327 common shares of the Corporation ("Common Shares") to Steve Budin in consideration of certain services provided to the Corporation pursuant to Mr. Budin's employment agreement. The Common Shares were issued at a deemed price of $0.78 per share. The approval of the Exchange for the issuance of the Common Shares was obtained by the Corporation on August 26, 2016.
